This Privacy Policy explains how Bushra Malik Shaikh ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the Ever Ready mobile application (the "App"). By using the App, you agree to the practices described here.

1. Information We Collect

• Photos and selfies. When you use the virtual try-on and analysis features, you provide a selfie. Photos may be processed to generate makeup previews and personalized recommendations.
• Beauty profile information. Onboarding answers such as skin tone, skin type, undertone, makeup experience, beauty goals, budget preference, name, and age range.
• Subscription and purchase data. Your subscription status and transaction identifiers, processed through Apple and our subscription providers. We never receive your full payment card details.
• Usage and device data. Basic technical information needed to operate the App, diagnose issues, and improve performance.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To generate virtual makeup try-on previews and personalized beauty recommendations.
• To save and display your looks, profile, and preferences.
• To process and manage subscriptions and entitlements.
• To maintain, secure, and improve the App.

3. AI Processing

To create photoreal try-on results, your selfie and selected look may be securely transmitted to and processed by third-party artificial-intelligence services (for example, image-generation providers such as Google and OpenAI) and our own processing server. Images are used only to produce your requested result and are not used to build advertising profiles.

Face Data (TrueDepth)

Ever Ready uses Apple's TrueDepth camera and ARKit face tracking only on your device, in real time, to detect and align your face during the onboarding face-scan so your virtual makeup try-on is accurate. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share TrueDepth depth data, face maps, or facial-geometry data, and we never use it for identification, authentication, advertising, analytics, or tracking. This data is processed transiently in memory and immediately discarded.

To create a photoreal try-on, the selfie photo you choose is securely transmitted to our processing server and to third-party AI image-generation providers (Google and OpenAI) solely to generate your requested result, which is then returned to you. Our server does not retain your selfie; your selfie is stored locally on your device and you can delete it at any time in the App. We do not sell or share face or selfie data for any purpose other than generating your try-on.

4. Storage and Retention

Your selfie and profile preferences are primarily stored on your device. Images sent for AI processing are retained only as long as necessary to generate your result and as required by the relevant processing provider. You can remove saved looks and data from within the App.

5. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers that help us operate the App, including:

• AI image-processing providers (to generate try-on results);
• Subscription/analytics providers such as RevenueCat and Superwall (to manage subscriptions);
• Apple (for purchases and app distribution).

6. Your Choices and Rights

• You may delete your saved selfie, looks, and profile data within the App.
• You may request access to or deletion of your data by contacting us.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple account settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
